Scribed pricing

Understand how Scribed bills personal and workspace usage, and how to manage your spending limit.

Pay as you go

Pay for what you use.

Scribed has no seat licenses. AI, creative generation, documents, transcription, calls, texts and email are metered as you use them, and one account covers your own use and every workspace you own.

Who pays

Workspace owners pay for their workspace.

  • Usage in a workspace, including work by the people you invite, is billed to the workspace owner.
  • Personal use, and any workspace a member creates, is billed to that member’s own account.
  • One payment method, credit balance and spending limit cover your personal use and every workspace you own.
  • Members can see their workspace’s usage; only the owner manages payment and limits.

What’s metered

Usage, not seats.

  • AI agent turns and automation steps
  • Studio generation — a failed or canceled generation isn’t charged
  • AI documents
  • Transcription by the delivered minute — a canceled or failed transcript isn’t charged
  • Calls, texts and phone numbers
  • Email sent by sequences and Runs

Add a card to use paid features and set a spending limit. An action that would go past your limit doesn’t run until you raise it. Settings → Billing shows usage as it accrues, your remaining credit and payment details.

Calling and texting other people starts with a one-time starter credit, which is applied to your usage.
