Build a pitch deck with charts from your records

Bring checked figures into a presentation brief, generate the slides, and review the charts against your sources.

About 15–20 minutes to prepare and review; generation takes additional time.

You start with
Verified record figures with dates, units, and source labels.
You end with
A reviewed pitch deck with supported charts and downloadable presentation files.

Follow the steps

  1. Check the figures in your records

Open the relevant workspace collection and filter it to the data you need. Check the totals, dates, units, and labels. Copy those verified figures, or prepare a source document you can attach to the deck.

Collections → your source records (opens in a new tab)
  2. Set the pitch’s structure

In Creative Studio → Decks, choose Start from → Brief. Enter the Topic and choose a fundraising Structure. Set the audience and the story the deck should tell.

Creative Studio → Decks (opens in a new tab)
  3. Add the evidence to Context

In Content → Context, paste the verified figures with their source labels. Alternatively, add a PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown source under Source files. State the chart you want and which figures it should use.

Decks → Content → Context (opens in a new tab)
  4. Generate, review, and export

Choose Export formats and Generate deck. Inspect the slides, chart labels, and Add these to finish your deck notices. Supply missing evidence and check the exported PDF or presentation before sharing it.

Decks → Generate → review slides (opens in a new tab)

Check the result

  • Charts match the figures, units, time periods, and labels in your source records.
  • Missing-data notices have been resolved or clearly acknowledged.
  • The exported deck opens and contains the slides and evidence you reviewed.

Before you finish

  • The deck form uses Context and source files; it does not keep a live connection to your record collection.
  • Use up to three source files, no more than 10 MiB each and 25 MiB combined.
  • Unsupported or missing chart data can produce a visible placeholder. Review it before sharing; a generated deck is still a draft.
